- The plugin template file is missing.
- When installing the User Blog Mod and any templates you MUST upload all of the files for prosilver.
- Blogs do not show up for me or for others.
- Verify that you've given those users permission to view Blogs. You can set permissions in user/group permissions.
- How do you use attachments? I've given permission for them, but they don't show up in the blogs.
- You must allow extensions for the blog attachments, else it will not work.
- Open the Manage extension groups page listed under the other blog acp panels.
- Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_DOUBLE_ARROW in /viewtopic.php on line 1072 (or something close to 1072)
- This is from an installation error.
- When a mod says After Add, it means you add the code on the next line after the line after the last line in the find command.
- To fix this error you will need to load your backup of the viewtopic.php file and retry installation on that file, keeping in mind the last thing I said.
Questions:
- How do I find out which version of PHP I have?
- Open the ACP in phpBB3, go to the System tab, then open the PHP Information page. It says your version on the top.
- How do I remove the Blogger Clone style (or any other Blog style)?
- Delete the blog/styles/blogger/ folder, or the folder for the style you want to get rid of.
- How do I change the place where the blogs are shown? Like mysite/blog/ instead of mysite/phpBB3/blog/.
- In the User Blog Mod install package there are instructions on how to do this in the contrib/Change Blog Path.xml file. Follow those instructions.
- Are there any other alternate buttons available for the New Entry button?
- Yes, any images available at the time of packaging of the mod will be available in contrib/New Entry Images/.
